Juan Treviño thought it was time for a new fun song after the success of the Latin Grammy winner’s last releases “Preseas” and “Acústico” earlier this year.
“Sedúceme” is a cumbia with a little more rhythmic beat than what I usually record. This song talks about a person who was completely under a woman’s spell after a night of passion left him wanting more.
On this track, Treviño collaborates with Rudy Olivares, son of “El Maestro De La Cumbia” Fito Olivares, Rick Rios on saxophones and vocal stacks, who is now the current sax player for David Lee Garza y Los Musicales, Vladimir Castellanos on electric guitar, and three-time Grammy nominee Sean Ardoin on the accordion, which this is his first collaboration on a Latin track.
“These guys aren’t only my good friends but they are all monster musicians, I’m so happy that I finally got to work with them,” Treviño tells Tejano Nation. “I really enjoyed arranging and producing this track. We all had a great time recording it.”
